Commission Is Only Payable On The Successful Sale Of Your Home
These services are all included for the commission rate of 6% of the 1st $100,000.00 and 3% of the balance of the sale price (plus GST). The commission is split equally between the Listing Agent's Brokerage (RE/MAX Alpine Realty) and the Buyer's Agent's Brokerage.
